It's only a caretaker government now

The political advertisement on page 9 of today's The Star (19 March) illustrates the inability, nay refusal, of the incumbent BN to acknowledge the fact that after the dissolution of the Parliament, what is claimed as the "present government" in the ad is actually a caretaker government.

It is therefore misleading for the incumbent BN to claim that it is THE government of the day in the run-up to the general election. Furthermore, the BN is, and should be seen as, one of the many political parties that are contending in this election. It is not a ruling party, at least for now.
