The Star and NST keep mum on "undesirable" BN ads in Penang
theSun on 17 March has on page 4 a story under the headline: “I’ve nothing to do with ads, says Koh.” It’s about Koh Tsu Koon of Gerakan finding some of the BN ads “rather undesirable” because they engaged in personal attacks. He said Penang BN headquarters did not place those ads. The ads in question are those attacking DAP’s Karpal Singh and Lim Kit Siang.
Hello, The Star, where were you? Why not a word on the story? Hmm, could it be because this MCA paper has been carrying those ads with which BN Koh has now come out to express unhappiness (most likely because he has gotten negative feedback from Penangites)?
What about the NST? Also, not a word on any of it. Why, NST? Afraid BN will crack and crumble?
